Notes

Close decking adds support around the upper cylinder walls of an open deck EJ block. It is one part of planning an engine build for increased cylinder pressures; the rest of the engine and its tune still need to suit the intended use.

SPR offer CNC close decking for EJ205, EJ207, EJ255 and EJ257 cases, with coolant passages cut to suit the head gasket specified for the build. Contact the workshop to discuss your engine and the machining required.

Customers can supply their own case halves, or SPR can supply them subject to stock.
